Don’t Miss the Outlook!

What if you had a crystal ball to look at the future of our industry: the future of data, the geopolitical situation, the economy, M&A, and the workplace? Do you want to make sure your business is primed for the future? You won’t want to miss our completely redesigned Outlook at this year’s Outsell Signature Event, co-produced with JEGI CLARITY. It is just around the corner and the program is live.
We’ve been inviting speakers, prepping interactive sessions, and designing two days that deliver the best networking. The Outsell Signature Event is where leaders in our industry convene, meet new people, get deals done, and bring home the latest to advance the next year ahead. It’s a don’t-miss event, and space is limited.
I’m excited about a lot of different facets of this event but especially our Outlook. This year we are doing sharp, tight, TED-like talks back-to-back on four things that are deeply intertwined and affect our industry’s future like never before: geopolitics, the economy, M&A, and the workplace. Probably 99 out of 100 questions we get from CEOs fall into one of these four topic areas:
- What will happen with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine?
- China and Taiwan?
- Is recession likely, and if so, how long will it last and deep will it go?
- How will a possible recession differ in key regions of the world?
- How will inflation and interest rates affect M&A? How do they both impact valuations?
- Will a slowdown swing the pendulum back into the hands of leadership, or will negotiating leverage and control over salaries continue to remain in the hands of our teams?
- And what’s the future of the office with all this in play?
As my friend John Dick from Civic Science says: “Everything affects everything. And everything is constantly changing.” (His newsletter is a must-read, by the way.)
So, we’re going to do the Outlook in a special format this year to look at how these four facets, and a few more, are affecting each other and everything else in our industry. Four experts, joined by two members who have additional views, and opened up for questions, debate, and alternative points of view, so we can see how everything affects everything. You’ll come away with forecasts for 2023 that you can bake into your annual planning, which we know is happening earlier this year because of, well, geopolitics, the economy, M&A, and talent and the workplace.
Be part of the dialogue and deliver answers. For this Outlook, we’re all part of the program. Can’t wait to see you there. Register today.
