Welcome, Erik Greenberger!

It is my pleasure to welcome Erik Greenberger to the Outsell team as the company’s SVP Sales. As the title says, Erik will play a key role in overseeing the sales function at Outsell, coordinating our sales and outreach efforts across the organization and working closely with the rest of the Outsell executive team.

Erik, who started at the beginning of the year, joins us from Gartner, where he most recently focused on new sales of community-based services for marketers/CMOs. He’s based in Connecticut, joining two other new Outsell team members in the tri-state area and building our reach in the important NYC region. Between the east and west coasts and the London area, we are increasing our presence near our clients in many of the key areas in which they operate.

Erik has a rich array of experiences, many directly relevant to our business. He has sold syndicated research and services as well as to those that are community-based at their core, which is the cornerstone of our business. This includes role-based communities for CEOs and their functional leads — executive team members and their teams.

Every company — especially ours! — needs a person to run sales and to ensure that they and the team deliver the monthly “nut” while selling the promise and knowing there is a team behind them to back them up. In our case, this means ensuring client success and managing a deep bench of analysts and partners and research and data to deliver the best operating intelligence our industry has.

Finally, my leadership team is complete, after a gnarly two years of COVID! I can take a couple of hats off and trust them to new leadership that rounds out the team and will let me focus on what I do best.
