Here’s what we’re gathering on a private give-to-get basis. No one sees anyone’s specific data; you get the aggregate back. To date, 40 companies participate. Join us by providing the following:

We’ve learned from this exercise that some companies have their data act together and some do not. Some can provide the data in a couple hours or a day, while some need weeks because their systems don’t provide the basics. If the operating data house isn’t in order, the business isn’t in order.
