A Year in Review
’Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse.
Ahhh how I look forward to a few days of quiet time with family, friends, great food, a warm fire, and a bright cheery tree.
It has been a year at Outsell that is for sure. And one thing still holds true — we are of the industry we serve and it’s both a pleasure and privilege and one we greatly respect.
While we have been advising this industry, we also must apply what we advise. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree after all, and we don’t get a bye.
And so, this year we’ve been at it too:
- We are covering all things AI and leaning in even deeper — after all it is AI Everywhere All at Once.
- We are revamping the Outsell Growth Framework so that clients can link business strategy with M&A and product execution across functional teams.
- We are recutting our industry segmentation into deeper verticals and product ecosystems to give our clients the competitive and market insight they need for competing in this exciting new era.
- We are re-investing in our operating practice research and benchmarking programs.
- We are applying AI to our own systems and processes.
- …and of course, hosting events and community meetings for problem-solving
All so clients can answer the questions ‘where to play’ and ‘how to win.’ Who doesn’t want answers to those?
Now it’s time to rest and that is where the holiday break comes in. It’s time to give the team a much-needed break so we can focus on family, friends, great food, a warm fire, and our version of celebration whether it’s a bright cheery tree, a menorah or whatever brings joy and faith to you and yours.
We will be closed December 25th thru January 2. We’re ending the year tomorrow and beginning it January 3 with our analytic take on the biggest items shaping our industry.
