Oh my. Nothing like Equifax’s major blowout this week, a fiasco of epic proportion in our industry, to highlight the must-see/must-hear talk at Outsell’s Signature Event led by Myke Cole, respected Cyber Analyst, lead of CBS Hunted, and respected advisor, realist, pragmatist, and specialist in the field of the day Security. As Equifax’s disaster so acutely points out this week, in most cases it’s not a matter of if someone will hack a leading business, it’s a matter of when. To be sure there is no such thing as Growth in the Data Economy without a plan of action for preventing, responding, and dealing with the onslaught of nastiness that faces our digital borders.
