Before joining Outsell, Sachin was the Head of Market Intelligence for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and Refinitiv. In these roles, Sachin ensured that leadership took investment decisions based on robust knowledge of customer needs and the competitive environment. Sachin has also led a centralized market sizing program in partnership with his stakeholders across product and sales. The market sizing, updated yearly, ensured a consistent definition of the addressable market and included fact-based estimates of market growth and decline across dimensions, including product and geography. Sachin has played a critical role in helping secure regulatory approvals for the sale of Refinitiv from Thomson Reuters to Blackstone and then from Blackstone to LSEG. Sachin also led a firm-wide cross-sell, upsell and whitespace program in partnership with Customer Analytics and Sales Operations to produce a fact-based view of growth opportunities by account, product and geography. This program helped transform sales resourcing and allocation of marketing budgets towards growth opportunities.

Sachin holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai, India. Sachin has lived in the UAE, India and the UK, speaks five languages and brings a global outlook and perspective to his work.
