Content Marketing Manager

Location: United States (Remote)

Outsell Inc. is seeking an experienced and creative Content Marketing Manager to lead and drive our external communication efforts across all channels. This role will be pivotal in shaping how Outsell engages with its audiences, expanding our brand presence, and ensuring our content resonates across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building audiences and driving demand generation, along with a strategic approach to content management that supports top and middle-of-funnel initiatives. The Content Marketing Manager will develop cohesive communication campaigns tailored to key personas, manage content across platforms such as LinkedIn, email newsletters, and company websites, and leverage existing assets to build repeatable and effective content marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership in Audience Communications: Oversee and implement demand generation strategies that increase awareness of Outsell’s offerings and deliver qualified leads, focusing on audience-based communication that resonates with key personas.
  • Content Strategy & Planning: Build and execute a content marketing strategy that drives engagement, demand, and awareness, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Website Management: Lead content updates and contribute to overall site architecture to enhance user experience and effectively convey Outsell’s value proposition.
  • Social Media Oversight: Manage Outsell’s social media channels with an emphasis on LinkedIn, growing the company’s professional reach and establishing thought leadership.
  • Newsletter Management: Oversee the promotion of Outsell’s offerings through existing newsletters, ensuring they are aligned with broader content strategies and support our journey to a more personalized digital offering.
  • Content Repurposing: Develop repeatable processes for repackaging and leveraging existing content across multiple channels to optimize reach and efficiency.
  • Syndicated Research Promotion: Strategically plan and promote Outsell’s research offerings to engage current clients and attract new leads.
  • Campaign Ownership: Lead content-led promotional campaigns that are creative, impactful, and aligned with Outsell’s business development goals.
  • Event Marketing: Support targeted campaigns for Outsell’s events, ensuring optimal visibility and participant engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align content and campaigns with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics and utilize insights to refine content strategies for enhanced engagement and lead generation.

Job-Essential Requirements:

  • Experience:

    5+ years in content marketing, demand generation, or a related role, preferably in the technology, data, or information services sector.

  • Skills:
    • Strong track record of driving demand and building audiences with measurable success.
    • Strategic approach to developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Proficiency in creating audience-focused messaging and leveraging account-based marketing.
    • Expertise in managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, for corporate engagement and growth.
    • Ability to build processes for content repurposing and campaign execution.
    • Experience in event marketing would be beneficial.
  • Technical Proficiency:

     Familiarity with content management systems, social media management tools, and analytics software.

  • Creativity & Initiative:

The Analyst will focus primarily on technology, data, and information services companies operating in the Legal, Tax, Audit, Governance, Risk, and Compliance verticals.

  • Database Management: Regularly update and maintain database systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, stock performance, and market trends to assess company health and investment opportunities.
